This presentation is jam-packed with concepts and nitty-gritty techniques to help you turn ordinary customers into extraordinary "cheerleaders".

WHILE YOU TAKE CARE OF OTHERS, WHO TAKES CARE OF YOU?: STRATEGIES TO PREVENT BURNOUT
Rita Emmett Author of The Procrastinator’s Handbook, The Procrastinating Child and the Clutter-Busting Handbook

Most of us are terrific at taking care of our bosses, our families, our co-workers, our friends, our neighbors, or anyone else who needs nurturing. But when it comes to taking care of ourselves, we just don't seem to have any time or energy left, right? And so we burn out. The result is stress which directly leads to low employee morale, high absenteeism and tardiness, which, in turn, affect a company's productivity and bottom line. This talk explores how important it is to "recharge our batteries" before we burnout or become totally drained.
