Conference Location: Kalahari Resort - Wisconsin Dells

Exhibit Hours: Friday, June 22, 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm & Saturday, June 23, 9:30 am – 1:00 pm

Booth Package: The official exhibit area decorator, Valley Expo, will facilitate all your space and booth needs for our 84th Annual Conference. Each booth is 8' x 10' and your exhibit cost includes side and back drape, an 8' skirted table, 2 chairs and an identification sign. Electricity will be provided at no additional charge by request only. Valley Expo will be contacting you directly for additional needs. Due to space limitations, every vendor that reserves vehicle space by June 1, 2012 will receive one indoor vehicle space before additional vehicles from a single company will be allowed inside. If needed, additional vehicles from a single company will be placed in a parking area behind the indoor exhibit space. Indoor vehicles will lose their indoor space if full payment is not received by June 1, 2012. Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors will receive preference for any remaining indoor vehicle spaces.
Cost: Your first booth/vehicle space is $525. Each additional booth/vehicle space will cost $400. Associate members receive a $100 per booth/vehicle space discount. Non-Members can find a membership application here. New associate membership is $75.00 per year.
Sponsorship: One way for you to show additional support for the WSFCA is through our conference sponsorship program. Your sponsorship will be recognized in the program materials and signage at the event. Gold sponsors receive 25%, Silver 10% and Bronze 5% off the listed prices!
Meals: Meals are not included in the exhibit price. Tickets for individual meals can be purchase now, or closer to the Conference. Please note that the trade show is open during lunch.

We will hold our very popular Friday evening reception again this year on the trade show floor. We thank all of the vendors for funding this event last year through exhibit fees.

Public Show: Exhibitors will be given tickets to our trade show to distribute to customers. They do not have to be a Fire Chief to attend if they receive a ticket from you. These tickets will be valid to attend the show on Saturday, June 23 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm only and will be distributed with your confirmation packet.
