It only happens every two years – Chiefing 101 and 202. The popular WSFCA weekend program will be a chance to connect with fire service friends both old and new.

New Fire Chiefs or Chief Officers (Chiefing 101), as well as experienced Chiefs or Chief Officers (Chiefing 202) that are seeking an educational opportunity related to roles, responsibilities, and successful survival as a Chief Fire Officer in Wisconsin. This affordable program includes all lodging and meals with your registration fee!
Chiefing 101 participants will have the opportunity to participate in interactive and informative sessions that will include communication with related associations and government, a legislative overview of the Wisconsin fire service, legal issues, grants, budgeting, finance and more!
Chiefing 202 participants will benefit from educational workshops on media relations, accreditation, human resources, health and safety of the department, legal issues and more!
Both groups will enjoy the many opportunities to network with attendees, speakers and board members over the course of the weekend. Come to renew and establish connections, and gain vital information for the success and health of your fire department.
