Golf Outing

Golf Course: The Woods Golf Club, Green Bay (

Golf Awards: The golf awards will follow the golf outing and take place at The Woods.

Format: Four-person scramble; shotgun start promptly at 9:30am. Golfers will be served a buffet lunch and beverage. Coffee and doughnuts will be available in the morning. The entire course will take approximately 4 hours and 20 minutes to complete.

Fee/Registration: $100 per golfer that includes 18 holes of golf, cart, use of practice facilities with range balls, group flag events, lunch and awards. Rental clubs will be available for an additional fee.

Proceeds: Proceeds from the golf outing will benefit the WSFCA Foundation. The WSFCA Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization with the goal to do everything possible to ensure "everyone goes home safely, every call, every day".

Rain Policy: The Woods Golf Club will do everything possible to finish the golf outing. Only when the golf course has been deemed 'unplayable' according to USGA rules or there is a severe threat of weather (lightening, damaging winds, tornado etc.) will there be a rain check issued.

Attire: The Woods requires that softspikes are worn. They do not require a collared shirt; however, a shirt must be worn at all times.

Shuttle Buses: Shuttle Buses will be available from the Hyatt Regency. Details will be provided in your confirmation email closer to the event.

Sponsorships & Contributions

We hope you would help support this golf outing though a charitable contribution. Contributions can be made in terms of hole or cart sponsors, door prizes or golfer participation items. We understand the economic difficulties that we are faced with; any donation is more than welcome.

We are seeking 18 hole sponsors at $100 each. Hole sponsors will receive:

  • Recognition at the tee
  • Recognition during the awards program (at the end of the outing)
  • Opportunity to meet the golfers and distribute marketing and promotion products at your hole
