Winter In-Service

Event Information
In 2018 we will be holding two Winter In-Services. Volunteer and combination chiefs, chief officers, and company officers are invited to attend, learn, and network at one of these dates. The In-Service will start on Friday with a complimentary educational session from 6PM - 8PM. Saturday will consist of the full-day presentation “Beyond Hoses and Helmets” provided by the International Association of Fire Chiefs Volunteer and Combination Officers Section. This program focuses on the strategy and tactics of leading a volunteer or combination Fire/Rescue organization, with an emphasis on recruitment, retention, and leadership. Space is limited to 50 attendees per In-Service.
Target Audience:
New, experienced and aspiring Fire Chiefs, Chief Officers, or Company Officers that are seeking an educational opportunity related to recruitment, retention, and leadership for a volunteer or combination Fire/Rescue Organization.
